As we know organization must convert tacit knowledge that its employee have into codified/explicit knowledge so in can be a part of organizational knowledge. Its already discussed in detail in Nonaka's SECI Framework. But we also know that it is impossible to convert all tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge like Dave Snowden show in his 3 heuristics. Is there any methodology to reduce this effect? Or in the words to increase percentage of tacit to explicit conversion?
