Convert XRD peak table to format I can overlay with patterns?

I need to compare my PXRD scans with standard data. But I only have peak tables for the standards.

Does anyone know how to plot peak table data in Excel? Since the table lists peak the 2theta values are not regularly spaced like Excel expects.

Does anyone have a good workflow for dealing with peak tables? Or a way to work with them in EVA or XRDML Data Viewer?
