Dear all,
I am trying to figure out how to convert TDMS files (channels properties) created with National Instruments LabVIEW into CSV using python. I am looking for a solution that would let me having headers structured like a normal CSV file into python (which will make the spectral analysis very easy). Does anyone have any experience with processing spectral data TDMS files directly into python, that they could share?

you could convert the tdms into np.array using nptdms like this:
https://nptdms.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reading.html
After that you can use pandas to create the csv with headers using this:
import pandas as pd
pd.DataFrame(np_array).to_csv("path/to/file.csv")
