Conversion of tenderometer units (TU)?

I am measuring the tenderness of fresh beans and peas using a Kramer Shear cell fitted to our texture analyser. I would like to be able to compare my results to the so-called tenderometer units (TU) given by the FTC Tenderometer. Does anyone know how to convert force (N) to TU?
