Convergence issues in simulating Negative Capacitance (MFIS) Tunnel FET in Sentaurus TCAD ?

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a MFIS NC-TFET. I have specified the polarization command in the ferroelectric gate material and I have specified the FEPolarization equation (Ginzburg-Landau equation) be solved self consistently with the poisson and electron/hole equations in quasistationary command. When I do this, simulations do not converge (getting error RHS increased by more than 1e15). Please find attached the sdevice file.
