It feels like we overuse questionnaires for gathering data, and they can be subjective if the scoring methods are not well developed both for data capture and summarization. In risk management, I have found Monte Carlo to work well and credible in the literature. Summary paper attached.

Ihsan Ullah Stakeholder Participation, Risk Management, and Innovations have complex relationship and these factors do not have 1-1 impact on any project, the impact these factors demonstrate are the results of many other factors playing at that very moment in any project like Viz budget, timelines, scope, market factor ect
