The European Space Agency has opened tender for innovative developments in the field of Earth Observation. It seeks proposals with clear innovation content, user engagement and a resulting societal/scientific impact. Proposals should be in one of the following lines:

We would like to partner up with an institution that can lead a consortium for a proposal. Our company in The Netherlands specializes in developing tools to process remote sensing data and develop scientific processors. We also build applications and visualizations with geodata and other sources.
