Although i got an acceptance from a conference in Europe, i will not able to make the Oral presentation due to Visa refusal.
If someone had experienc with such issue please let me know what is the right procedure shall i follow?
In fact i want to present my paper at that conference so if anyone has any suggestions or advic, please send me.

I suggest for you to ask the conference committee if another can make the oral presentation for you.
You can send the refusal document to the conference chairman and ask him if you can present your paper via Skype.
The conference will be held in London during the mid of June and i would be apprecciated if someone could introduce the paper on behalf of me.

I already sent the conference TPC and they replied that it would be hard to make a remote presentation.
It is better to introduce another person who could do the the oral presentation on behalf on me.
