Competition law and international cooperation: Is there a bibliography on the extraterritorial jurisdiction and competition law?
Abstract: This paper seeks to emphasize the element of cooperation as a tool for maximize the effectiveness of business technology transfer contracts from the economic analysis of laws theory, since usually, these contracts are bulging at the time and trust between parties is important to maintain continuity of relationships. The method used in this scientific article was the literature monographic research technique. As a result, it shows that cooperation is an instrument to ensure that technology transfer business contracts are most effective and its can reduce litigation related to these contracts, and is an instrument for the maintenance of this kind of contracts.

It's on the RG but unfortunately only in Polish. There are also interesting U.S. cases in this area.
