Dear experts on dam failure and resulting disaster

Compartmentalisation of reservoir water of the large Dams: Eliminate the impact of post-failure dam disaster

It is postulated that such a technology may be innovated that may be able to store the original volume of water in case the dam gets failed due to any reason.

Large dams like one China's Three Gorges Dam might be equipped such a technology to eliminated the consequences of disaster in case the dam is broken.
