Has anyone here done a comparison of Wind generation vs Solar? Or do any have dual setups? If so what are the rough costs involved and advantages/disadvantages ?

to give a rough idea: large PV systemes can be installed now for about 1 mio EUR/MW,
wind energy systems: 0.8 mio EUR/MW
The actual energy yield depends on actual site conditions, costs are:
wind 30-80 EUR/MWh, solar (PV) 50-110 EUR/MWh
