Can anyone suggest some commercially used Schottky diodes for the rectification of received wireless power signal?
I need this for bellow specification:
Operation frequency: 5 to 20 MHz
Max forward voltage: 50 V
Max current: 500 mA
Type: surface mount

The first comment is that one gives the maximum reverse voltage not the maximum forward voltage!
