Combining the elements of a row vector?

I want to combine the elements of a row vector whose columns are 2400 .

i want to combine 8 columns each so to form a column vector of 300 columns.

Dear Hussain,

this task can be very easy or harded - depending on data format. What is format of this data. It can be relatively easy to perform it in R. If you are not familiar with R language, I can send you the script for this task.
