Hi,
I want to know if the number of collisions in Self organizing TDMA protocol (used in AIS, VHF Data Link 4 and also suggested by some researchers for Vehicular communication) decrease by time and eventually become zero in a situation where all the nodes have started up and where report rate (packet generation rate) of each node is constant and number of nodes are such that load is less than 100% ? What about steady state probability in this scenario?
For example, in a scenario where total slots available in a frame( per second) is 1700 and 80 nodes each with 20 packets per second generate load of 94% or any other scenario where load is less than 100% like 50% 60%, will the number of collisions converges to zero at steady state?
