Start collecting the from the entire population then it will be easy for you to filter it according to your needs.

Hi dear, I suggest adding a control question if the respondent uses the application then s/he can go on, otherwise, allow to exit. This will give credibility unless you need to compare uses to non-users of the application to see if this matter in the loyalty issue.
