I'm developing a machine learning model that requires up-to-date climate data of recent years. However, the historical period in the CMIP6 datasets typically ends in 2014.
Are there any solutions that can provide "historical" climate data extending beyond 2014?
Is it reasonable to use the "SSP 2 RCP 4.5" scenario of 2015-2023 "projection" data as "historical"?
NASA website(POWER )data can be used It has many climate elements measured for almost all parts of the world.You can take a look at it, just type in the search engine the name of the previously mentioned site or prediction of worldwide energy resource. I used this site in my master's thesis To take climate data from 1982 to 2021, but I know that it is updated annually with data from the previous year.
Thank you Esraa Ahmed Mostafa Abdelazez for recommending the POWER data hub. Unfortunately it does not cover all the parameters I was looking for and the spatial resolution is not sufficient for my case study.
