For fog computing you have to check cisco. Cisco Launches 'Fog Computing' Platform For Internet Of Things called IOx. Also for IOx you can use public cloud because Cisco launched a next-generation InterCloud infrastructure software. That software offers increased functionality for moving workloads between public clouds as diverse as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and VMware's own public cloud offering.
