I am looking for some cloud application use cases that their deployment and management require dealing with multiple cloud orchestration tools such as docker, cloudify, chef, etc.
have a look at the advertisement of cloud-services including cloud orchestration tool providers.
also have a look at the entire network around the pure informatics: what data is used, who are the users etc. because the deployment is more dependent on other factors than the mere informatics and computation.
have a look e.g. into the following:

Dear Tobias Aurelius Knoch, Thank you for sharing this paper, it is quite interesting. For the advertisement of cloud-services, I am aware of them, and even I've already used some of mentioned uses cases (i.e. from Docker and Cloudify) but technically they are still simple as their management needs only one orchestration tool.
Thank you for the flowers. The rule in this kind of business still is: if you want something complex you built it for the purpose yourself - that is the truth about user/application specific networks of resource uses - that pushes the efficiency tremendously as to our experience ==> which means if you provide a grid/cloud as a service you in principle need to educate the users very well and help them with optimizing their application/workflow etc.. or even better you cooperate with the users because most users are not informatios or well even grid/cloud affine people...
Dear Ismail Ari , thanks for your reply, I see it is a quite interesting use case and I guess that it's based on multiple orchestration tools, but the only information I got that it uses amazon web services (https://aws.amazon.com/fr/solutions/case-studies/SimScale/). However, the underlying architecture, the used orchestration tools and how they are mixed together, are still ambiguous. In case you have read some interesting technical papers on that use case, could you please share them with me.
