If i have for example humidity, is that possible to used only the humidity of different places/station as inputs in the same country and predict same humidity as the target for another place with the country.
Reference paper will highly be appreciated for the general hydro-climatological variable or any case study.
we can simulate only near by areas where you have collected the data.

It is always possible to do a spatial interpolation and find humidity at any cell where you do not have recording stations. If you have other climatic variables, specially highly correlated ones like precipitation, at the unkown cell, the interpolation would be far more accurate, see for instance Article Spatial Interpolation of McArthur's Forest Fire Danger Index...

Simulations at locations other than your country is possible only if they those locations are near the locations you have access to data. They can be done by extrapolating the data values in that location. And when we have a background field then simulation can run. But extrapolation introduces some error so it wont be that kuch accurate.
