Is there any existing technology (Robot, AI-Climate techs, non-human agential, etc.) which can be used to capture and/or convert greenhouse gases before they are released into the atmosphere due to underground activities of mining and/or oil exploration?
There is no need for a mechanism to remove plant food from the atmosphere.

The inverse is verifiable. The Indian monsoon has not changed in 208 years.
