VecScreen is a system that quickly finds segments of a nucleic acid sequence that may be of vector origin. It helps researchers identify and remove any segments of vector origin before they analyze or submit sequences. Researchers are encouraged to screen their sequences for vector contamination using the form on the VecScreen search page.
Ajit kumar Roy How does your copy pasting from NCBI VacScreen page is helpful in answering this question ? Further, you might have not read the question well, it asked for post post VacScreen data processing.
The question in itself does not provide enough information to be answered, that why it has not been answered. I did not know the answer therefore I wanted to know by this discussion, but copy pasting some information from somewhere does not help. Your comment is evident that you are irritated by my post, but thats how it is.
