I have formatting problem with Endnote style.
When I cite single or references in my word document through Endnote. Every citation has a blank space before reference number (e.g., Traditionally, the stereo-typed medical teachers were presumed to possess teaching capabilities based on knowledge of content and due to their own experience of how they were taught3, 4). Instead of 3,4, Endnote inserted citations are 3, 4.
Kindly guide me, How I will edit my endnote style to fix this unnecessary space?

you are right, using Endonte or other citation software such as Reference manager in Microsoft Wrod..etc., none of them give accurate citation style; however these software/programs are helpful in organizing the references approximate to the target. The researcher responsibility ot check by eye the citation and the reference list for the format.
Go into Edit Output styles and check in-text citations. The style obviously puts a space between numbers; you can simply remove this then save the changed style. BUT make sure that the space really is unwanted, and not a key feature of the style you've chosen!
