Hi,

Im currently working on the self-assembly of gold bipyramidal nanoparticles. I'm using Chirascan equipment to observe Circular dichroism (CD) spectras. I have noticed that between 800 and 1100 nm, where I'm supposed to observe the longitudinal SPR, I have measurement saturation (HV>800) even with different concentrations. I ran a CD measurement on water and the same saturation was observed. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem with Chirascan equipement? Or if you have any tips on how to optimize my measurements?

Thanks in advance,

Manuel FLORES
