Charts that capture difference in progress on health indicators?

Hi,

I have some hospital data that I want to plot the progress of treatment between baseline and endline. For eg: BMI of a child according to age..I want to capture when the progress was most evident.

Please recommend a type of chart which will be best used to capture.. (bar chart but i want to superimpose baseline and endline difference visually).. I can work with softwares like stata, spss, r studio, minitab and MS office excel.. But if there some other data visualisation tools or websites, pls recommend.
