We have prepared super-magnetic Nitric Oxide releasing nanoparticles. Now we have some questions to be solved.
1. How can we determine the release rate of Nitric Oxide by our prepared nps in a releasing medium? any suggested assays?
2. How would we come to know that at which pH conditions our nps will release Nitric Oxide, as we are working with a stomach disease causing bacteria.
3. Please suggest some articles.

1. Articles you have to search for yourself, it's not much time taking! We used to spend weeks in the library for our searches, At least spend a few hours now by yourself!
2. Simply check the nitric oxide assays based on titrimetric or other methods of sensing!
3. Focus on finding a direct assay that's a result of a nitric oxide addition/capture.
4. Simulate the release of nitric oxide in a pH-dependent (search the right pH) media.
5. Do the complete modulation and later simulation in an equivalent media you will be estimating your's in vivo release!

You can follow release of NO by spectroscopic methods, for example measuring the oxidation of oxyhemoglobin that, in the presence of NO, oxidizes to methemoglobin (with a concomitant change in the UV-visible absorption spectra). The reaction takes place in the order of milliseconds, so in case of expected slower release it will not be the rate limiting step.
