I am a master's student searching for a topic for my dissertation. What do you think are some challenges in the workplace (eg. in the area of training and development, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, whole conflicts, worker behavior etc.) that I could look into?
Please share your experience. I am open to both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and would appreciate if you could help me come up with a hypothesis or topic for my master's dissertation.

Having worked as an academic and professional staff, I can attest to many workplace challenges. Issues from workplace bullying and burn-out to lack of strategic direction. To get to that next step in preparing for your dissertation, you need first to come up with what you're interested in.
Are you keen to study an individual trait/attribute specifically or more relational? Next, have you reviewed articles from, for example, Harvard Business Review or Forbes that note recent critical issues relevant to your answer to the first question? Contemporary business journals can help you to identify which "hot topic" needs further pursuit.

i am not in your area of research but I could think of research of working from home vs. hybrid vs office work topic to be of interest. Employee point-of-view, Employer point-of-view, unions point—of-view. With recent changes by the tech companies and layoffs plenty of interview opportunities should available.
