Hello, I'm growing NCTC 1469 for my research project. the pictures are the cell comes from liquid nitrogen tank. They look very stress but they are still dividing. I've been incubate them in 37 C 5.5% CO2 for 2 weeks and they are growing every day. I ordered a new sample from ATCC and start to grow two days ago. However, some of the cells look like this again. does anyone know why the cell like like this???
How to fix this problem? (cell type: NCTC 1469 using DMEM and 10% Horse serum)
