Cell Free DNA is need in various application. What types of deep well plates are needed to ensure experiments go well?

From what I am hearing, cell free DNA require high volume deep well plates that is around 2-5mL. In this sense, 24 and 48 deep well plate are the ones ideal for these application. What is the specification that is needed for an ideal high volume deep well plate?
