I have ginger extracted in absolute ethanol (100%), 12 well plate and 3 ml of complete media and breast cancer cells mixed together in each well.
the IC50 = 30
the concentration is 0.05 gram per 1 ml
the concentrations i want to work with are 15,30,60 micro-gram/ml, T1,T2,T3 respectively.
what should i add to the control?
and how should i prepare the stock of each new concentration?

IN this context you have to use ethanol control in corresponding concentrations to 15,30,60 micro-gram/ml, T1,T2,T3 . The stock schould be diluted in ethanol, too (to final concentration). However, you should keep in mind that you use a too high conc. of ethanol (cytokoxic and genotoxic carcinogen). Maybe you could use a more physiological solvent, such as PBS for the preparation of working solutions.
Ethanol should be your solvent control if you used ethanol to dissolve your extract otherwise use the dissolving medium as solvent or 0.1% DMSO as solvent or negative control and use any clinically used drugs as positive control.
