Help with this would be highly appreciated.
We have a Q-exactive orbitrap which was shut down during the holiday period. After returning I performed normal routine cleaning and maintenance, switched the instrument back on and performed a 14h long bake out. After the bake out, the message in the refered in this message's title appeared (please see also attached picture).
Anyone has an idea about what could the problem be? Both TMPs are at 100% speed and are about 2 years old.

how long was the system shut down? Was it ventilated during that time? If so, it may take 1 to 2 weeks before the vacuum is restored. For this reason, the mass spectrometers are never shut down in our laboratory, i.e. they always remain under vacuum. The turbopumps seem to be okay. Possibly the shutting down and the associated cooling has formed a microleak on a gasket. This may be difficult to locate. I would isolate the high vacuum system from the source and see how the vacuum develops.

Thanks for your help. The system was off for 3 weeks, but it started again and normal values of vacuum were reached. This arose only after the bake out, that's why it seems awkward.... Anyway, thanks for the tip :)

Just as followup: the problem was eventually isolated in the vacuum control board and fixed with its substitution.
