Maybe you should take in consideration population characteristics of the analyzed area, because accessibility as a parameter is not the same for different population group.

In addition, it would be relevant to consider how the intermediate nodes (cities/ urban areas) are connected, (1) by a spur or (2) directly passing the route through them. And, in the case of a rail option, the number of stations, inter station distance and the location of terminals in the terminating nodes. The concept of directional terminals, central terminal and distributed terminals was considered while planning the Delhi-Alwar Regional Rapid Transit Systems (RRTS) in Delhi area.
