Am currently working on a model to predict the presence of cardiovascular disease risk in people living with HIV but getting dataset seems to be difficult. Can synthetic datasets be used for such model predictions and be accepted in a reputable journal for publication? Better still, if anyone can help with datasets relating to what am looking for, I will gladly appreciate it too.

I have tried that already. For over a year plus now, UBTH has refused to grant datasets even when my HOD and Supervisor signed. If you know of any, I will appreciate. Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate the effort.
