Hi,

I would like to know the possibility of using Carbon as top electrode (mainly for transparency) for Organic resistive switching application. My choice of device architecture would be ITO/Organic material/Carbon electrode. I am thinking of sputtering to form a thin carbon film as top electrode. Can anyone tell me the feasibility of the device? Do you think it is OK to use such a device configuration. Also, once the carbon is sputtered as thin film, do you think i can expect graphitic domains in the electrode as such? given we use graphite source as target

Thanks and warm wishes
