regarding ethics, i think we should refer to the approval and justification of the approval of Institutional Animal Ethical Committee (or its equivalent) required for this experiment.

Though we should prevent such animal despair causing procedures, but i'm afraid we are no where near to having 'In Vitro' equivalent to full scale living animal models
