Most Perovskite quantum dots generate light when being excited by UV light. I am looking for a Perovskite which when excited by waves in visible spectrum (almost the whole range), generate light again in visible spectrum but different wavelength.

Yes, but this not mentionned clearly in the question. This family of perovskites scan a wide range of bands spectrum, just search in this area. My Regards
