My teaching philosophy is continuity. For me learning is a process, a continuous process. It is not necessary that students will get everything delivered in the class. I understand the fact that the learning ability of all the students in a class roon is not uniform. Give them time to re - visit the contents and allow them to ask later.
It is my duty and obligatory on me to go to the class room and the students are there for learning. I must be punctual and on time and will try my level best to maintain discipline in the class. I must finish the class within the specified time slot.
I always try to give the emphasis on time management and student's interaction in my class. A satisfactory and worthy topic delivery always makes me happy.
"My philosophy, when it comes to teaching, is to never give up on my students. Everyone has their talents and strengths. ... My philosophy will be to teach my students HOW to study, HOW to maintain focus, and HOW to ask the right questions. With those tools at their fingertips, they will be able to achieve so much more."
Teaching allows me to teach and learn. This is the only profession in the world where you can learn constantly but you don't need to pay for your education and training. On the contrary, you can invest what you learn, improve your performance and thus increase your income. That's why, once a wise man said those who want to become rich quickly, should start teaching immediately.
To sum up, I can say that my philosophy of teaching is to teach and constantly learn.
My teaching philosophy is to give emphasis on Individual Differences among students. While teaching, I always try to follow maxims of teaching i.e. simple to complex, particular to general, easy to difficult and inductive to deductive.
My teaching philosophy is embedded in understanding the learner first and his/her barriers to learning. Listening and rapport-building are key in supporting teaching /learning.
To help my students (whatever their age, level of study, background, nature of their course etc.) to never stop questioning, reflecting, reading, learning, investigating, inventing...
I believe that teachers should always act according to high standards of performance in their academic work. Then, this teacher must pursue the same learning goals in his or her students.
Dear G.V.P. Samaranayake, my teaching philosophy is very simple: learning by doing. During this process, I explain the theory step by step. Furthermore, I try to inculcate in the minds of students, especially the younger ones, to always operate according to "science and conscience", that is, in a scientifically ethical way.

Overall, teaching philosophy believe that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are free to speak their mind and blossom and grow. ... "Teaching is a process of also learning from your students, colleagues, parents, and the community. This is a lifelong process where you learn new strategies, new ideas, and new philosophies.
Philosophy of education is such that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It should be our desire as teachers to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. Teachers have to provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. https://www.thoughtco.com/teaching-philosophy-examples-2081517
The teacher's personality is not only with the information that he carries, but with the seriousness of work and the experience he gained during work in education, so this experience can be put by the teacher in his field of work, so the teacher who has these qualities can reach his ideas to students and colleagues.
