I am looking for online survey tools with the ability to upload a photo file and send your exact, present location (in terms of longitude and latitude).
The tool should work perfectly on mobile devices, and preferably be free of charge.
The online survey will be completed on mobiles while being outdoor, so sending location need to be easy and user friendly. I was considering just using LimeSurvey and ask participants to copy - paste their location url from Google Maps app, but it is inconvenient and inaccurate.

Thank you Urban Environment Spatial Science but GF requires participant to log into their Google accounts for uploading files, as photos. I find it very inconvenient for survey participants and I can not assume that everybody has a Google account. Lastly, there is no built-in feature for sending location in GF.
Very interesting question, Remigiusz. I really like Lime for being very powerful and open source. The only survey tool I know with latitude & longitude built-in is Qualtrics. Unfortunately it's very expensive and I'm not certain it would give you the precision you need; it might be identifying location by IP address instead of the mobile device. Many university's have a site license so it might be worth trying. Hope you find an elegant solution for your study! ~ Kevin

Check Epicollect5 https://five.epicollect.net/ . However participants need to download the Epicollect5 app on their phones.
You can use KoboToolbox. The platform is free and easy to use, suitable for mobile devices and enables to upload photos, GPS locations, etc.
