Judging by most stock markets, "Big-tech" seems to be the success story, yet there are surprisingly few academic research papers written on this phenomenon. We are looking for studies and authors who analyzed this phenomenon as we are trying to forecast the impact of the IT&C sector upon the Romanian national economy.

This monograph will attempt to answer the question how legal, technological and social aspects of cybersecurity are shaped in the perspective of the activities of various bodies and commissions of the European Union and national government administration. From the point of view of the topic taken up, it is also important to identify new threats posed by the criminal environment in cyberspace. International researchers on various cybersecurity problems cooperating with each other in various scientific institutions, state sectors and private enterprises, have taken the trouble to describe the cybersecurity conditions from the above perspectives.
