i agree with Umit, Hirudo troctina. See for instance Ben Ahmed (2015) on Tunesian leeches, Utevsky et al (2010) on western palaearctic species and Nesemann & Neubert (1999) on Central European species. There is no report of any other Hirudo in NW Africa other than H. troctina.
Yes this leech Is Hirudo troctina. It differ from H.medicinalis first by the morphology of the black spots on the dorsal face which are square in H. troctina while they look like tears on H. medicinalis. The second difference is on the marginal line on the ventral face which is on zigzag in H. troctina but linear in H. medicinalis.
