We invite you to participate in the research survey conducted by Rafi Ullah as part of his Ph.D. research. The literature was reviewed through Multivocal literature review (MLR) process to identify various barriers, success factors, and practices for the successful implementation of Mob Programming (MP) in the software industry from vendor perspectives. As a result, we have identified 10 barriers and 110 practices. Similarly, we have also identified 12 success factors and 126 practices/solutions. The primary objective of conducting this survey is to validate our findings of the MLRs through industry professionals and research experts in MP. The survey’s second objective is to identify additional success factors, barriers, and practices, if any, in MP.
