The word "public" in public policy seems redundant as most of the public policies are usually victim of govt. priorities, vested interests of politicians as well as some strong public institutions and there is little relation between public (the masses) and the public policies. Evidence based policy framework is also a bullshit concept especially when the underlying data is provided by un-authorized foreign organizations. This is the reason, most of the policies do not deliver the promised results. This implies that the public policy making processes need to be changed. Which policy making framework should be adopted while making public policies so that the policies are really effective on the ground?? Thanks in advance
