I am trying to define academic productivity for a research paper and I came across this paper
"Walberg, H. J. (1980). A Psychological Theory of Educational Productivity" and think it might be useful. Unfortunately, I can not find it online. can anyone help me find it or share it with me if you have it? and it would help if you can suggest other helpful resources.
