I would like to study the location of genes on the chromosome. I would like to learn how to work with MapInspector software. Unfortunately, I have not found any practical guide in this regard. I would be glad if someone could guide me. Here is the software:

https://mapinspect.software.informer.com/

This software is designed to compare linkage maps and indicate common markers. MapInspect can display, print, and save images, and has no limit to the number of maps it can compare (but only neighboring maps are compared). Maps can be flipped within MapINspect, and the on-screen order of the maps can be changed.

Thank you very much for your time and for your guidance in advance.
