I have done a PCA, to compare the phenotype of a bird in two environments, i d'ont know exactely how to interpret it :
1) I want to understand the Eigenvalues of the PCA,
2) The table with variance and the axes ( i d'ont know what they mean by axes)
3) The represantation of the F1 X F2 plan of the PCA.
Can you help me please ? i can send you my results, maybe you can explain me better. Thanks.
