One of the major challenges facing mankind today is to provide clean water to a vast majority of the population around the world. Development of cost effective and simple technology is very much essential to purify water obtained from natural sources.
Dear Mr. Kariyajjanavar , I can be wrong, but I think that electrochemical process may not be a good process to remove fluoride from water. The energy cost can be high. Today, I think be more efficient to use reverse osmose. Any salts are blocked by the membrane. On the other hand, if you desire to measure fluoride ion in water, the best method is potentiometric method (electrochemical method) using ion selective electrode for fluoride. Maybe an ion exchange resin can remove fluoride. These are just sugestions. Good lucky.
Although fluoride removal by electrolysis might be theoreticaly feasible, it would be very expensive both in energy consumption and in anode material, which should be extremely resistant to electrochemical corrosion (eg. Pt). Furthermore, the main oxidatión reaction would be oxygen evolution, specially at low fluoride concentrations. Therefore I would not recommend it.

Dr. Juan Casado kindly suggest me alternative methods to remove fluoride from drinking water.
I have been using electrocoagulation for removal of Fluoride and Hardness from ground water. Aluminium electrodes have been used for economic reasons. By suitable settling and filtration the Aluminium content can be kept within permissible limits. A lot depends on the chemical properties of raw water.
Thank you Wimoo.... but elelctrocoagulation having little drawback... I am looking a method for no sludge forms... by the treatments.....
