It is reasonable to use RNAi to silence viral RNAs but there are some limitations to the use of RNAi as therapeutic approach, such as the low cellular uptake or the toxicity of the carrier system that they need in order to target intracellular molecules.
It might work. But there are hundreds of variants of coronaviruses, so the specfity will be not good enough.To me vaccines are not necessary, with my method all viruses are inactivated within a few minutes, no matter what name they have. This is a mor general procedure without chemicals or pharmasuticals. But this is the problem: YOU CANNOT MAKE MONEY WITH MY METHOD
Yes, we can but the questions remain are its specificity, immune system compatibility and other effects.
