The next question is; how to train that AI?

Sir i guess it is possible but the question before the question is that do we have sufficient data available to train a predictive model? We need to have plenty of dominant record or supporting data related to innovation. In other case, we can use deep generative model to make common senses about what logical reasoning an AI system follows, that will help to train the classifier.

It is a naive idea from my side, i hope it make sense to you, thanks :)
