Is it its possible that in future, each person has an adaptive AI System (like adaptive Deep NN) and wearable gadgets?

I think, its possible to have in future, an Adaptive AI System (like Adaptive Deep NN ) and wearable gadgets for each person.

The Adaptive Deep NN will be smart enough to collect and analyse the data coming from the wearable gadgets like position, temperature, heart-beat, etc. and guide the state and the person in any emergency situation and also inform about better options to take in normal life (intelligent decision making).

This may also help the state to have surveys, etc., and quickly gather important information.

Certainly, the privacy issues are to be addressed.

Similarly, each house can have such an adaptive AI system for better utilization of power, finance, etc. and making the house secure.
