We all know well about the waste valorization issue.

For Wet waste ( organic Part) most turns primarily for energy recovery or material recovery, Also few chooses for byproducts like ethanol, organic acids etc.

Ideally we think the raw material is available at source and we plan/think for a process at ideal location like in Lab.

But In Practical, to turn the waste to resource lot of dimensions need to play at a time, which is a major constraint in ref subject.

If we could process a step up material from raw waste in decentralized manner, like partially stabilized/dried/degraded/fermented or any way, and collecting /processing it centrally for mass production, where all dimensions may be available. i.e in decentralized way we will produce a building blocks and at central facility we could convert it for various finish goods/energies.

Means A partially stabilized/processed material from wet waste will be called a building block in production for various waste to resource option.

I am Thinking in this way for my PhD Research.

Is there any work happen in this way, or any one working in this thread.  

Please, It will help me to build my problem statement, Rather its a practical problem in today's scenario, as enough fundamental technological research are available, for every path and process,  but integration of the different techniques, in available resources is the key issues, and need of the hour.  

Applying above thought one should be able to process a stable raw material with minimum transportation cost from 1000 decentralized sources to a single centralized finish good processing unit/plant
