I am about to model and control microgrid. I have seen many papers they are doing in Simulink , PSCAD/EMTDC, ATPDraw software. But I am very much comfortable with matlab coding. Now the problem is I am not able know where to start. Can anybody help me?
If you want to model controller and analyse dynamic conditions, you have to do model them in some required detail in SIMULINK, PSCAD etc and cannot use MATLAB programming.
However, if you want to do some steady state analysis like load flow, optimal power flow, state estimation etc, you can use MATLAB programming for it.
I think the best thing for you will be to see the simulation examples in SIMULINK software's and try to modify the converter and controller of the examples to meet your need.
can i use the stateflow in matlab simulink to control all the systeme , i just need to validate the flowchart that i proposed Samundra Gurung
